Sunday 1st August

So I decided to cycle to Wellfield road and have Subway and time how long it takes! 35 minutes to get there which wasn't bad, then I decided to go search for the taff trail and cycled past the heath hospital, under gabalfa and down to meet it on western avenue. I then cycles all the way to Tongwynlais and then cycled all the way back into Cardiff along the taff trail till I reached the Millennium Stadium. Then I turned aroiund and went back to Western avenue past heath hospital and roath park, then cycled over to aldi and down into pentwyn behind the leisure centre and the lake under the A48, round the park and ride, along the river, under the A48 and up the long hill homeward!!

3 hours cycling and 28 odd miles covered!!
